Replication-Based Micro-Manufacturing Resources and Capabilities
Replication-based micro-manufacturing capabilities and expertise include X-Ray or UV LiGA (Lithographie Galvanoformun Abformung) technology and associated resources as well as fabrication of metal mold inserts using micro-milling. This micro-manufacturing technology is applicable, and has been applied, to plastics, ceramics and metals for a variety of applications.

Nano-Fabrication
A broad range of replication-based nano-fabrication technologies and capabilities are available including Nano-Imprint Lithography (NIL). Nano-structures and nano-structured surfaces are realized using replication methods based on nano-mold insert embossing and stamp imprinting. Expertise in Focused-Ion Beam (FIB) Machining are also available.
